Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was large and accommodating, but the check-in process was quite delayed. The noise from the street was bothersome throughout the night. On the bright side, the staff were friendly and apologetic about the inconvenience caused due to the busy circus period in Amsterdam.
Staying at this hotel was quite a mixed experience! The rooms were a bit cold and small since we were on the 5th floor, but they were ready for me by noon due to my Marriott Bonvoy status. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, topping any hotel experience I've had. The location was practical, walkable to activities without being right in the bustling city center. The dining options were satisfactory for a quick morning bite, even with some crowded moments.
The hotel had a great location with easy access to shops, local restaurants, and major attractions. The rooms were clean but small, and the service was professional but lacked authority to address some issues. The dining options were average, and the facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, although cozy and comfortable, lacked some basic amenities like room slippers, cotton earbuds, and a shaver. It took quite some time for the room to be ready, causing a delay in our plans. The service, especially from Rui, was exceptionally helpful and efficient. The location was convenient, away from the hustle and bustle, but still close to key attractions. The dining experience was inconsistent, with some past good and others poor. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, near the central station and city center, but having to pay extra for Wi-Fi and city tax was a drawback. The rooms were a mix of availability in the main part and an odd layout with an old-fashioned feel, not quite my style.
The hotel offers a nice room layout with a separate bedroom and living area featuring a pull-out bed. It was a pleasant surprise to find out that the minibar was free to use only upon check-out. However, the room could have used a slight refresh. The lounge area is adequate but not exceptional.
